Qualifications for Master Teacher 1 of the following:
Level 4 or higher on the Professional Development Registry or
Oklahoma Competency Certificate in Early Care and Education from Votech or
CDA Credential or Child Care Professional Credential or
12 hours is ECE/CD/SA or Oklahoma Certificate of Mastery or
Associate Degree or Higher in ECE/CD/SA
You responsibilities are not limited to:
- Plan both long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives
- Developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy.
- Meet the emotional, social, physical and cognitive needs of each child

- Meet the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs of each child.
- Encourage assistants to contribute to curriculum planning
- Coordinate field trips
- Prepare weekly lesson plan and make sure they are posted in classroom at all times.
- Complete bi-annual (2 times a year) assessment of children’s development.
- Report progress of children to parents in bi-annual (2 times a year) reports and through parent-teacher conferences
- Maintain daily open communication with parents.
- Help keep organization throughout classrooms and center.
- Keep accident reports
- Maintain records
- Maintain confidentiality
- Report any suspect abuse to supervisor
- Arrange a classroom environment in accordance to program goals and philosophy
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment
- Inspect and report damaged or lost materials
- Attend 24 hours of staff training and all staff meetings
- Trained in Early Learning Guidelines
- Supervise assistants, aides, and volunteers in the classroom
- Maintain program records such as attendance, time keeping, logs, etc.
- Meet all applicable DHS requirements and Accreditation requirements
- Meet Klever Kidz Academy policies and procedures
- Work together as a team and take pride in what you do
- Evaluates Lesson Plans for effectiveness and implementation

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
