KVH’s Daily Dose Kafé is looking for a friendly and energetic Part-Time Barista to join our team and bring some daily sunshine (and caffeine) to the hospital community.
Position Details:

Schedule: 10.5 hours per week

Shifts: 6:45 AM – 10:15 AM, 3 days per week (Monday–Saturday rotation)

General Summary:
As a Barista at the Daily Dose Kafé, you'll:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other café beverages

Provide prompt, friendly, and helpful customer service to hospital staff, patients, and visitors

Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe—because a tidy Kafé is a happy Kafé!

Qualifications
Minimum Education, Training & Experience (includes licenses or certifications):
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Food Handlers License
Experience:
- Experience in the food service industry preferred but not required.
- Barista experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in retail industry preferred by not required.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Take, prepare and serve beverages of customer choice
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment
- Check temperature of refrigerator(s)
- Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blends or preparation.
- Order, receive and stock supplies
- Receive and process customer payments
- Create materials for advertising daily dose specials, products or events
Salary : $17 - $21
