- Minimal travel for training and lead generation
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Members: Warmly greet members, create a friendly atmosphere, and develop first-name relationships. Verify check-ins and resolve issues.
- New Membership Tours and Sign-ups: Conduct tours, assist with enrollment, and explain membership options.
- Lead Generation/Sales: Understand the services and products we offer in-depth, stay curious, and discover when members need our help in transforming their health and wellness journey.
- Equipment Cleaning: Regularly sanitize and organize equipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure a clean, safe environment; put away weights and monitor/report maintenance issues.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and exceed member expectations.
- Answering Calls and Message Handling: Handle calls professionally and redirect or take accurate messages.
- Collaboration and Communication: Maintain effective communication with management and staff.
- Mail and Package Handling: Receive and distribute mail and packages, ensuring proper tracking.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic retail sales knowledge
- Functional computer skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift 45lbs and stand for extended periods
- Team player who upholds KlickWay Athletics' values and policies
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
