Description
Klik Solutions, an Inc 5000 Managed services provider in Baltimore, Maryland, is currently seeking talented individuals for a Staff augmentation project at one of our existing clients in Annapolis, Maryland. All work will be performed at the client's location and under the direction of the client's resources.
Objectives of this role
- Develop an understanding of our existing IT infrastructure while actively searching for areas for improvement.
- Streamline workflows by implementing inventive technical solutions
- Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT-updated configuration processes
- Drive organization-wide process optimization
- Evaluate existing and emerging technologies on a regular basis
Responsibilities
- Aid in the design and test of the technical and functional architecture of the Workday ERP system
- Work with Workday and other application implementation teams, as well as Product Owners, to identify problem areas and opportunities for process enhancement.
- Propose IT solutions to DLS challenges.
- Ensure comprehensive IT documentation.
- Partner with teams across business functions to drive systemic efficiency
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Workday products - HCM and Finance
- Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage customer expectations. You will be able to intervene effectively and resolve customer escalations appropriately
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact and credibility. Sound ability to formally present to senior Client audiences
- Strong commercial awareness and complete understanding of project dynamics
- Broad business and technology experience and a good awareness of governmental/legislative trends
- Ability to work to tight deadlines as you work with Workday Implementation Team
- Excellent analytical skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with Workday configuration and AWS as a platform
