Requirements:
- At least 2 years in NICU, preferably with level IV experience.
- Transport experience a plus
Qualifications
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing .
- The candidate should possess at least (2) two years of relevant professional experience.
- Registered Nurse (BLS) Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assist with procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
