Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years RN experience as Unit Manager or Supervisor
- RN License ME or Compact
- BLS (AHA)
- Covid Card
Pay:
- For Local residents
- Regular Pay Rate: $ 65.00/HR
- Gross Weekly Pay based on Tentative Hours/Week: $ 2600.00/Week
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow of the nursing unit
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule nursing staff
- Develop and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Ensure adherence to clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and care transitions
- Monitor quality assurance, infection control, and safety protocols
- Serve as a liaison between staff, physicians, patients, and families
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
