Position : Tosca Test Architect

Location : Atlanta, GA / Norfolk, VA (Onsite)

Duration : 6-12 Months

Visa : H1B / H4 / GC / TN / USC

Locals : I Non Locals

MUST HAVE : Architecture exp in TOSCA

Experience :

12 years of experience in software testing and automation, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.

Expertise :

Deep expertise in designing and developing test automation frameworks and solutions, with proficiency in Tosca or other leading automation tools.

Technical Skills :

Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, CI / CD pipelines, and integration practices.

Leadership :

Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Methodologies :

In-depth knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and other relevant methodologies.

Problem-Solving :

Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex test automation challenges and implement effective solutions.

Communication :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
