POSITION OVERVIEW
Burn Boot Camp is seeking an experienced and innovative Creative Services Manager to oversee the development and execution of all creative content across the brand. This role will lead and manage a talented team consisting of videographers, graphic designers, and a copywriter. The Creative Services Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring cohesive storytelling, brand consistency, and the delivery of high-quality content in an agency-style setting to support all Burn Boot Camp revenue streams and accompanying Burn brands.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership and Collaboration :
Lead and manage the creative content team, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and performance across all roles.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence within the team in a creative agency environmentCollaborate with the marketing leadership team to plan campaigns, initiatives, and content needs across various platforms, including social media, web, email, and print.Creative Management :
Manage the ideation, production, and delivery of photography, video, graphic design, and written content.Ensure content adheres to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.Project Management :
Manage workflows and prioritize projects for the creative team to maximize efficiency and output.Establish and maintain a content calendar, ensuring visibility and alignment across departments.Track project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.Quality Control :
Work closely with the Brand Director to review and approve all creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards and marketing objectives.Maintain the integrity of brand identity across all content.Innovation and Trends :
Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep Burn Creative content fresh and competitive.Identify opportunities to elevate the brand’s storytelling and engagement through new content formats or platforms.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).5 years of experience in content creation, management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.Creative agency experienceStrong understanding of content production processes, including photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting.Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Proficiency in creative tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and project management software (e.g., Wrike, Asana, etc.)Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Experience in fitness, lifestyle, or franchise branding is a plus.This position description is not intended to be and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills or working conditions associated with this position.
