Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 1 years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability matters to join our team in Phoenix with the opportunity to handle matters throughout Arizona. Experience handling personal injury, financial services, and/or professional negligence is a plus.

We’re also looking for attorneys with experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. If you have experience representing clients in the financial industry, that is a plus, though not required.
