Klinedinst's marketing department is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and upbeat individual to join its growing downtown San Diego team. Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar field, as well marketing-related experience 2 years with a professional services industry.An eye for design.Experience in various marketing mediums, including website, SEO, and social media marketing through Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs, etc.Experience in account management, press relations, database and research, event planning, and promotions are all pluses for this position.Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;Proficiency with Adobe products such as Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, and IllustratorThe Marketing Specialist is expected to be a unique, proactive team member who is self-motivated in implementing the day to day operations of our marketing department.
Essential responsibilities of this role include :
Interfacing directly with management and top decision makers across the firm’s offices in setting marketing goals and implementing initiativesMaintaining and updating the firm’s website content using content management systemPlanning and coordinating high-level business development and internal employee eventsWorking with non-profit organizations, bar associations, and other community partnersAccepting and delegating all incoming marketing requests via e-mail tickets and ensuring timely completionPreparing holiday events and marketing campaigns firmwideParticipating in planning and executing the firm’s PR strategies and communicationsActively maintaining internal client and contact databaseResearching and preparing marketing reportsWorking collaboratively to prepare responses to RFPsContributing to regular internal meetings with attorneys and team membersDeveloping and implementing surveys and other feedback toolsCreating web-based marketing campaigns, including SEO and keyword biddingCreating, executing, and analyzing social media initiatives through various channelsHelping prepare travel arrangements for clients and employees, as neededA candidate for this position must demonstrate the following qualities :
