Position Overview : We are seeking a reliable and motivated Construction Laborer to assist with excavating for electrical duct banks and utility vaults as part of our underground utility projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well within a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in excavating for utility vault installations related to underground utilities.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete excavation tasks.
- Help prepare sites for utility vault placement by ensuring proper depth and alignment.
- Perform backfilling and site restoration after vault installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Follow directions from supervisors and experienced laborers to ensure project accuracy.
- Conduct site inspections and report any issues or hazards to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of civil construction practices.
