DirtWorks Drainage is hiring Construction Laborers for a football field project in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This position involves general site work, assisting equipment operators, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties including digging, raking, and material handling.
- Assist Trackhoe and Dozer Operators with site preparation and grading work.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed.
- Set up and maintain erosion control and safety barriers.
- Help with site clean-up, including removing debris and organizing materials.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear proper PPE at all times.
- Work under the direction of site supervisors and crew leaders.
Requirements:
- Previous construction or landscaping experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on athletic fields, grading, or excavation projects.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (a plus but not required).
