Dirtworks Drainage is seeking experienced Trackhoe and Dozer Operators with GPS experience for an upcoming football field project in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in earthmoving operations, site grading, and GPS-controlled equipment operation. Responsibilities:
- Operate Trackhoe (Excavator) and Dozer to perform precision grading and excavation.
- Utilize GPS technology for accurate grading and excavation.
- Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and grade stakes.
- Ensure proper material placement and compaction per project specifications.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work efficiently with supervisors, engineers, and other construction personnel.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience operating Trackhoes and Dozers in heavy civil or site development projects.
- Proficiency in GPS systems
- Ability to read and follow grading plans accurately.
- Knowledge of site preparation, drainage, and excavation best practices.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on athletic fields, stadiums, or sports complexes.
