Join KLINGER GPI as an Industrial Sales Representative in Odessa, TX. This position is well suited for anyone with a certificate in Process Technology or anyone that has been employed in a sales position (inside and / or outside) in the oil and gas industry. With an attractive compensation package ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 plus a quarterly KPI bonus and a vehicle allowance, your hard work and dedication will be well-rewarded.
You will be provided great benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Competitive Salary, Paid Time Off. KLINGER GPI covers 100% of the premium for dental and vision insurance and two of the four available medical plans. The company covers 50% of the eligible premium for medical, dental, and vision for dependents. For eligible high-deductible medical plans, KLINGER GPI contributes $37 per pay period to an HSA. 401k match : 100% match on the first 3% of employee contributions. 50% match on the next 2% of employee contributions. The company provides a $15,000 life insurance policy at no cost to the employee.

KLINGER GPI manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of fluid sealing and control products; including static and dynamic sealing products, valves, instrumentations, expansion joints and hoses, fasteners, hydraulic bolt tightening equipment and supplementary MRO products. In addition, our accredited in-house and mobile facilities provide tool calibration and equipment repair services to suit any calibration schedule requirements.
