Project Architect

Klingner & Associates, P.C. has an immediate opening in our Pella, Iowa office for an Architect with 5-10 years of construction background capable of team and independent work on projects including client and contractor contact, plus assistance in design development and working drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, specification writing, cost estimating, and construction administration. Applicant should be familiar with building codes and possess an accredited degree.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
• Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare construction documents and assist in the bidding process, providing accurate estimates and project specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,800.00 - $6,800.00 per month
