Job Overview
Klingspor’s Woodworking Shop is currently accepting applications in our Hickory, NC warehouse for the right individual to add to our growing company. The chosen candidate must be energetic, motivated, and able to work independently of others. This candidate should also be one that thrives in an environment that is constantly evolving with new opportunities and challenges.

Hours

Monday – Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm – plus an occasional Saturday 2-3 times per year

Requirements for this position include:

· Passing a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

· Standing/walking for long periods of time

· Eager to learn new tasks

· Team Player

Preferred, but not required, skills include:

· Receiving experience or general warehouse experience

· Prior forklift experience

· Possessing a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Receiving merchandise

· Maintaining records of received merchandise by cross checking packing slips and purchase order

· Sorting and distributing merchandise throughout the warehouse and in adjoining retail store

· Picking warehouse inventory for remote store locations

· Packaging orders for shipment - seasonal

Expected hours: 40 per week
