The Benefits Analyst will play a crucial role in the administration of our US benefits program offerings. In this position, you will support the day-to-day operations of our health and welfare benefits, addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits-related questions, enrollments, and escalations. The ideal candidate is empathetic and enthusiastic, with the ability to critically assess complex problems and provide effective solutions. You will lead efforts to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency within the benefits area while managing team members and daily operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet applications

  • Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing group benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability
  • Document and maintain procedures for benefit processes to streamline operations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for group insurance coverage and wellness programs
  • Act as a liaison between benefits vendors and employees for enrollment and status changes
  • Conduct monthly benefits data and 401(k) auditing for compliance
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits escalations
  • Support HR data-related requests from team members and external vendors
  • Improve employee reference materials regarding benefits and wellness programs
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Benefits role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of employee benefits laws
  • Self-motivated and responsive with a strong work ethic

    4. Are you proficient in employee benefits and applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and defined contribution plan knowledge

    5. Do you have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, responsive, and self-motivated

    6. Do you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
