3. Do you have strong technical skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet proficiency
4. Are you proficient in employee benefits and applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and defined contribution plan knowledge
5. Do you have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, responsive, and self-motivated
6. Do you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
