Skills
- Mechanical Engineering degree with a PE license (Professional Engineer)
- Experience with HVAC and/or plumbing design work on various project types (e.g., commercial, multifamily, K-12 schools, municipal buildings, healthcare)
- Proficiency in Revit as the primary CAD system
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with HVAC modeling programs such as TRACE700, CHVAC7.0, and/or AIRMaster (big plus)
- Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Calculate, design, and generate AutoCAD and/or Revit files and construction documents for MEP engineering needs
- Manage projects, establish schedules, assign resources, monitor performance, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget
- Organize mechanical engineering documents and maintain project schedules
- Review mechanical design submittals and address issues in the field as needed
- Generate and present project status updates to various audiences
- Develop new business with existing and new clients through relationship building
Qualifications
- PE license (Professional Engineer)
- Relevant experience in HVAC and/or plumbing design
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience managing projects preferred

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
