  • Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews, managing logistics and special arrangements
  • Prepare offer letters and manage pre-employment documentation
  • Assist with onboarding communications and information requests
  • Administer application tracking system and maintain requisition files
  • Track special payments for sign-on bonuses and employee referrals
  • Support special recruiting events such as job fairs and on-campus recruiting
  • Assist in developing improved processes for the recruitment function
  • Source and recruit candidates for various positions across multiple disciplines
  • Qualifications

  • Entry-level position with a preference for Bachelors or Associates degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment support, customer service, or related fields
  • Communication skills to effectively handle inquiries and escalate when necessary

    1. Do you have a Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred

    2. Do you have 1-3 years of recruitment support experience, customer service, administrative, or related work experience preferred.

    3. Do you have the ability to effectively communicate policies and information, knowing when to escalate questions or issues.

    4. Do you have excellent attention to details and accuracy of data, ability to prioritize and follow through on requests

    5. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
