Who are we looking for?
Mainframe Developer with Financial services experience and Knowledge of distributed technologies is a plus. Skill set required - COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, COBOL, CICS, Z/OS, DB2, JCL, Batch & Online Resource with hands-on CICS experience, Resources with more of development experience is required, than only production support experience.
Behavioral Skills :
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
