About the Job:
KLoBot, Inc. ("KLoBot") is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Newark NJ for full-time employment only (www.klobot.ai). We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! If you're passionate about content, social media, and everything digital—and eager to build their career. This is a hybrid position based in Newark, NJ or fully remote for qualified candidates. Selected Candidates are required to start immediately or within the next 2 weeks. Candidates with the following required skills and experience are encouraged to apply:
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Support – Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media, and email while managing content updates and SEO optimization.
Content Creation & SEO – Assist in writing and optimizing digital content including blogs, web pages, case studies, and social posts, while analyzing performance to boost engagement and lead generation.
Social Media Management – Create engaging short-form videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Reels; manage multi-platform posting schedules; run paid ad campaigns; track performance; and suggest creative ideas to enhance brand presence.
Event Marketing – Contribute to planning and organizing exhibit booths, event parties, and attendee engagement strategies.
Email Marketing – Assist in the execution of email campaigns and setting up ad campaigns on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
Analytics & Reporting – Support in generating regular reports with insights, key takeaways, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in Digital marketing (primarily Social Media Marketing).
- Certification/Degree in Digital Marketing and ability to understand IT Services and Products.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills with an interest in IT and technology trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for engaging content.
- A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership.
