Job Responsibilities
- Manages and supports inside sales employees with pricing, inventory requirements and training
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
- Facilitate scheduling meetings as liaison between production and inside sales group, monitoring lead times, due dates and machine / man-power capacity
- Coordinate invoicing of orders from inventory with billing location
- Additional duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of inside sales management experience preferred
- Experience in the metals industry preferred
