We are looking for a facilities maintenance technician with the following requirements:
- Drywall, carpentry and painting experience
- 110V basic residential experiencereplace light bulbs
- electrical switchesoutlets and fixtures
- Basic plumbing experiencefacility restroom maintenance
- faucetsautomatic flush and water valves
- Operates and maintains a variety of maintenance associated power tools
- Requires some moving of light to medium weight materials, desks, filing cabinets.
This position requires a highly skilled Facilities Technician who can effectively maintain and repair various facility equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, electrical systems. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
