This includes managing the preparation of monthly financial statements and collaborating closely with property managers to address tenant-related payment issues. This position calls for a hands-on accounting professional who is process-driven, curious about continuous improvement, and eager to contribute to the organization's success.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and 3 years of experience in a senior accounting role; or equivalent education/experience.
- Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail.
- Real estate industry experience (a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of professionals and community members.
- Supervisory experience (preferred).
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to overcome obstacles.
