OX Security, founded in 2021 by former Check Point executives Neatsun Ziv and Lior Arzi, is a cybersecurity firm specializing in software supply chain security. The company aims to help organizations focus on the critical 5% of application risks that are exploitable, reachable, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will have ownership over the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that will elevate OX’s brand, drive pipeline growth, and enhance our presence in the industry. Your focus will be on blending creative ingenuity with a strong foundation in product marketing to accelerate our growth. You will lead the charge in enhancing brand identity and increasing awareness across digital channels, events, and media, while also overseeing performance marketing to ensure measurable and scalable growth in pipeline and revenue.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on B2B technology or SaaS.
- Experience in cybersecurity marketing with a deep understanding of the industry landscape and trends is required.
- Strong background in creative marketing with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
- Deep expertise in product marketing with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- Proven success in performance marketing with experience in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
- Experience in the application security (AppSec) domain is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on leveraging data to drive marketing decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing large budgets and tracking the ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
