We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Analyst and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing credit risk and developing business plans to drive growth in western Massachusetts and/or Hartford/northern Connecticut.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze credit risk and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in western Massachusetts and/or Hartford/northern Connecticut.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record of business development success.
