Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the HRIS system to optimize performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and manage payroll processes, staying up-to-date on payroll principles and regulations.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance management, and training.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of human resource management experience.
- Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
