We're looking for a builder at heart who's been in the SaaS trenches, has seen multi product scale but loves 0-1. You prompt and continuously re-program your LLM brain, are insatiably curios, and consistently make correct product decisions. You are right, a lot, but don't overlord that righteousness and are always seeking new inputs. You will work directly with our founder and CEO, in one of most senior roles in the company, participate in executive and board meetings, and most importantly, you will have the autonomy to run everything product at Klue. It's a pivotal time for the company, working on the bleeding edge of AI. Crazy challenging, full of ambiguity, exhausting and exhilarating all at once. The Impact You'll Drive:

  • Lead product strategy across multiple product areas, taking ideas from concept through impactful delivery
  • Scale our AI/ML capabilities, particularly in product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led motions
  • Build and mentor high-performing product teams while fostering a bias for action
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that balance innovation with technical feasibility

You're Our Person If:

  • You've taken products from 0 to 1 to scale, with battle scars to prove it
  • You're a quick dot-connector who's comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
  • You have deep understanding of AI/ML developments in B2B SaaS
  • You balance strategic vision with tactical execution

  • Strong product intuition backed by data-driven decision making
  • Ability to strip opportunities down to their barest form and make hard trade-offs
  • Track record of garnering stakeholder support at all levels
  • Excellence in strategic validation and problem-solving
