This is for an Account Manager position for a leading 3PL provider in Laguna Hills.
The Account Management position is a unique and rewarding business-to-business(B2B) account management opportunity for the salesperson who is passionate about building long-lasting client relationships.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES :
Increase revenue by retaining & expanding current customer services and activating new accounts.
- Optimize customer growth / retention with UPS and Freight through detailed account management functions
- Identify additional business opportunities through proactive phone calls and appointments with current customers
- Manage customers and prospects through SalesForce.
