Job Summary:
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the setup and deployment of Unishippers. You will collaborate with our sales team and their clients to gather requirements, configure the solution to meet their needs, provide training, and offer support for the first 30-60 days to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Unishippers services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Consultation:
- Engage with clients to understand their current requirements and needs to ensure the proposed solution is tailored to their needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Setup:
- Customize platform setup (Unishippers’ CRM, SalesForce, and/or 3rd party shipping platforms) according to the customers needs/wants.
- Assist clients with any data migration from current systems to the new intended systems, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Perform initial testing to ensure the solution functions as intended and pricing is pulling thru correctly.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer:
- Provide hands-on training for clients and end-users on MyUnishippers
- Offer post-implementation support and act as the go-to contact, answering any questions or addressing concerns for the first 30-60 days.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams (i.e. sales, billing, customer success, account management) to ensure the successful execution of client implementations.
- Report on the progress of implementations by conducting a weekly Activation Report.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Identify potential risks/obstacles in the implementation process and work proactively to mitigate them to ensure customer has a seamless transition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation phase.
- Post-Implementation Support:
- Provide ongoing support during the post-launch phase, ensuring clients are satisfied and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collect feedback to continuously improve the implementation process and product functionality.
Required Qualifications:
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills, including ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions to internal co-workers as well as their clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a “I’ll figure it out” attitude no matter what the problem/occurrence entails

- Strongly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on a day-to-day basis.
- Very proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with not only clients but internal team members as well.
