About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Marca Technologies. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians to ensure they meet quality standards
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Troubleshoot and document equipment breakdowns
- Collaborate with quality personnel to investigate root causes of defects
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or a related field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay rate: $28 depending on experience
- Second shift – 3pm – 11:30pm, Monday - Friday
