Packer/Symmetry Pet Nutrition / Sanford, Maine
Symmetry Pet Nutrition is seeking a Packer, to be based in their Sanford, Maine facility. If you would like to work at a local, fast-growing, family-style company where there is the opportunity for growth and greater responsibility, then this may be your job!
\n- Manufacturing experience ideal
- Able to lift packing trays up to 12lbs
- Flexible to rotate to other positions throughout the day
- Responsible for daily calibration of any measurement tools
- Responsible for documenting actions as necessary for the Food Safety System
- Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly sanitations for the area as presented
- Ability to meet customer specifications and timelines
- Ability to communicate and write in English
- Hourly pay range: $19.50 an hour
- 3 weeks paid vacation plus PTO!

- Participate in stacking products directly from the line
- Offloading product trays into packaging hopper machine
- Stacking of product from conveyor onto trays and racks
- Packaging product following customers specifications
- Plays a key role in food safety and food defense
- Working on a team to complete tasks as necessary
- Ability to box and palletizing products
