About the Production Quality Control Manager Role:
This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of inline production and ensuring the effective return on assets. The successful candidate will determine human and material resources needed, work with managers and team members to implement company policies and goals, and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a management-related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of management experience
- Technical background or experience working with robots is ideal
- Strong planning and leadership/mentoring skills
- Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office Products, including Excel
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to maintain strict attention to detail
- Ability to be on the floor all day during production
- Ability to commute to Gorham, Maine, Monday – Friday
- Willingness to be on call when not at work for questions or emergencies
