Responsibilities and Requirements
The Production Quality Control Manager will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of workers, maintaining and improving housekeeping in all areas, initiating plans and processes which minimize production cost through effective utilization of manpower and materials.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strict attention to detail, ability to be on the floor all day in the midst of production, and ability to commute to Gorham, Maine, Monday – Friday.
