We are working with our client Langford & Low Construction in seeking a Senior Superintendent to be based from their Portland, ME office and work on job sites in Central and Southern Maine.
Requirements of the Senior Superintendent :
- 10 years of experience supervising and coordinating all phases of field operations in commercial construction with a focus in healthcare or life science industries.
- A college or technical school degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Business is desired but not required.
- Previous experience running complex projects in the range of $10M-$25M.
- Experience utilizing project and construction management software including MS Project and Procore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to job sites in Central and Southern Maine.
