Visitation Supervisor- Part Time (25 hours/ week)

Home to Home is seeking a Visitation Supervisor, to be based in Lewiston, Maine. This position oversees all aspects of parent/child visitations and exchanges, starting with the enrollment process to ongoing scheduling and conducting safe visits and exchanges.
\n- Knowledge or prior work experience in domestic abuse, child welfare, mental illness, and substance use disorder is preferred and a willingness to gain a depth of knowledge in these areas is required.
- Availability to work flexible hours Monday-Thursday 3:00 -7:30 pm and daytime hours on weekends.
- Ability to work primarily in Lewiston and attend onboarding/ training in Brunswick.
- Ability to travel to Androscoggin, Oxford, or Franklin County Court to work onsite 9:00-up to 4:00 every Friday.
- Attend occasional staff meetings and training during M-F daytime hours.
- Ability to travel by air out of state for training (up to twice annually).
- Hourly pay of $22 to start, plus mileage reimbursement

- Ability to obtain Clinical Supervision hours for licensure.
- Employer issued laptop and cell phone.
- Supervise parent/ child visitations and exchanges.
- Follow court orders and protection from abuse orders to best support and protect all parties.
- Ensure the emotional and physical safety of children during visitations.
- Administrative Duties including taking intake information and answering general questions for new contacts, scheduling visits, and reserving rooms for visits.
- Document incident reports and report issues or safety concerns.
- Attend weekly staff Meetings via Zoom, and occasional board meetings at discretion of Director.
- Participate in monthly clinical supervision with clinical consultant.
- Represent Home to Home with other staff members in court on Fridays.
Home To Home is a non-profit organization based out of Brunswick and Lewiston, Maine that provides supervised visitations and exchanges for parents and their children. Home To Home has been providing supervised exchanges since 1996 and supervised visitations since 2012 to families who need a safe alternative for noncustodial parents to access their children.
