What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance and Accounting Manager position at KMC?
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, investment strategies, and banking relationships.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Manage and implement Company's initiatives and projects from finance and accounting perspective. This includes providing requirements, designing, and performing UAT, designing new workflow and monitoring post go-live processes.
- Utilize financial software and systems to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and growth.
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Reporting and optimizing the bad debt provisions process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support of overall business objectives.
- Provides oversight, training, and coaching to department associates.
- All other job duties as assigned.

125,000 - $140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
