This individual will be responsible for controlling project communications, timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of fabrication schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, millwork, or general construction, and be able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
· Project Oversight: Lead and manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met and clients' specifications are achieved.
· Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, providing clear, consistent, and timely updates.
· Schedule Control: Develop, maintain, and update fabrication schedules to ensure on-time delivery of all projects.
· Budget Management: Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
· Risk Management: Identify and resolve potential risks or issues before they affect project timelines or deliverables.
· Collaboration: Work closely with design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
· Documentation: Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and approvals, are complete and accurate.
· Quality Control: Monitor and enforce strict adherence to quality standards throughout the fabrication process.
· Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients, offering high-level service and proactive solutions to challenges.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing, fabrication, or construction environment.
· Proficiency or experience in manufacturing, millwork, and/or general construction is highly preferred.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SketchUp or Bluebeam Revu is a plus
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and client relationships.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
· Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
· A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
