You Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with Property Management Software (RealPage OneSite, Yardi, or similar)
- Minimum one year of verifiable experience in Property Management (Section 8 PBV or LIHTC experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong email and telephone etiquette with professional in-person demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Prior administrative experience
- Available and reliable Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No weekends)
- Patience and positive attitude with senior and non-senior residents, co-workers, and vendors
- Energetic, can-do attitude in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn, train, and grow for promotion opportunities in the Metro Detroit area
