We are seeking a Certification Specialist to join our Support Center team in Mount Pleasant, Michigan who is detail-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and thrives within a deadline driven schedule. Compliance Specialists are responsible for agency reporting, processing move-ins and recertification's, sending out notices, monitoring resident accounts, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills and a positive attitude.
You Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in affordable housing (Tax Credit)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
