Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or office environment preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
- Proficient in analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
- Experience with Insurance products and terminology a plus.
