Creative Graphic Designer/Multi-Media Specialist

CREATIVE GRAPHIC DESIGNER/MULTI-MEDIA SPECIALIST

We are seeking an experienced graphic designer/multi-media creator to develop and design websites, branding, collateral, digital media, print ads, motion videos and other marketing materials for a wide variety of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop designs from concept to completion for print and digital applications including websites, print ads, digital ads, social media, eblasts, print collateral, and brand identities.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members to understand direction on projects, target audience, and marketing objectives
• Adhere to project timelines and budgets while juggling multiple projects
• Efficiently produce work while tracking project progress in online systems

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor’s degree in visual arts, graphic design, fine arts or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience designing digital and print work
• Ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to “sell” a client’s business in visual form
• Proficient in InDesign and Adobe Photoshop; experience with Illustrator, free-hand drawing, motion graphics and website framework and CMS platforms a plus

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Mastery of composition techniques in creating polished and professional high-end designs with efficient creative output
• Extreme attention to detail in working through project requirements and proofing own work with a critical and careful eye
• Excellent verbal and written expressive skills to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with clients
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Professional and courteous demeanor in all client and staff interactions
• Ability to receive both positive and negative feedback graciously, moving forward with revisions and a positive, can-do attitude

SALARY/HOURS

This is a full-time position with a salary negotiable based on experience.
