ID/OD Processes Experience required in:

• Grinding between centers

• Chucking OD grinding

• Chucking ID grinding

• Non-round grinding (advanced)

• .0002” Total Toerlances and Fine Surface Finishes.

Run OD/ID Grinding Machines:

• Kellenberger Kel-Vista (3 machines)

  • CNC programming on the floor

  • (3) tools to program

• Kellenberger Kel-Vita (1 machine)

  • Same as above with addition of non-round grinding capability

• Kellenberger Universal

  • Manual grinder – skilled (or to develop skills) to know the feel of a manual machine.

• Jones & Shipman

  • CNC programming

    • Conversational programming

    • Between centers only
