Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various grinding machines, including Kellenberger Kel-Vista (3 machines), Kellenberger Kel-Vita (1 machine), and Jones & Shipman. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC programming on the floor and be able to operate manual grinders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate OD/ID grinding machines, including Kellenberger and Jones & Shipman equipment
- Develop and maintain high-quality surface finishes
- CNC programming and troubleshooting
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with OD/ID grinding processes, including chucking OD and ID grinding, non-round grinding, and between-centers grinding
- Knowledge of CNC programming and conversational programming
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
