What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wire RAM EDM Set Up Operator position at KMM Group?
Job Requirements :
- Studies specifications, such as blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions of product to determine set ups, tooling, etc. required to set up the machines used to EDM parts.
- Communicates set ups to other personnel as required.
- Modifies G & M Codes
- Set Up and operate RAM EDM’s.
- Inspects / Verifies conformance of RAM EDM parts to specifications using gaging.
- Removes finish marks as required. May fit or assembles parts together such as punches into punch
