Education Details: Communication, Instructional Design, Technology, Education or related field
Experience: 3 years Experience providing user support and training, multimedia training materials development
In Lieu of Education
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Admin experience with an enterprise level LMS.
Familiarity with Salesforce and the FACETS claims platform or other CRM system implementations within an operational environment.
Transitioning from traditional instructor led approaches to a modular, just in time approach.
Development of quick eye reference documents.
Development of quick eye reference documents.
Healthcare with insurance background and Salesforce and FACETS
