Job Description:
- Delivers process support and serves as a technical resource in process development, troubleshooting, process optimization, and scaling up initiatives.
- Creates baseline process maps, identifies inefficiencies, and assists with re-designing and re-imagining the process to deliver superior customer experiences.
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field)
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to motivate self and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution., Proficient
- Knowledge of process engineering methods and evaluation criteria., Proficient
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques., Proficient
- Knowledge of process mapping and documentation techniques., Advanced
- Ability to work with data and analytics., Proficient

50% Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze gaps, and document processes.
25% Performs validation activities on existing and new processes.
25% Collects and analyzes data from existing processes and identifies improvement strategies.
