Role : Senior Dynatrace Consultant
Location : Reston VA
Position Type : Contract
In this role you will be responsible for implementing / configuring Dynatrace platform for multiple customers. You will interface with application development, architecture, and operations teams to instrument and troubleshoot application performance issues.
The successful candidate for this position will be a senior consultant for Dynatrace App Monitoring Tool. The candidate will be professional and approachable, eager to provide leadership and share knowledge with other stakeholders.
A thorough understanding of IT operations environments and excellent communication are imperative.
Key Responsibilities :
On-board new application, instrument monitoring, and provide technical assistance to Dynatrace users
Summarize and review performance trends
Assist teams in the troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis of performance issues
Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports to meet requirements of IT and business users
Mentor, evangelize and provide initial training for technical teams
Champion forward thinking by bringing a unique point of view while inspiring impeccable quality from others
Author and provide documentation to support Dynatrace efforts
Ensure health of Dynatrace deployments and supporting infrastructure updating software with any necessary service packs as necessary
Work throughout the full infrastructure, including design, architecture, communication, monitoring, availability, scaling, failover and recovery.
Suggest, design, and implement improvements to currently deployed solutions
Support, train and mentor other team members
Take ownership by driving meaningful change and delivering results from passion and purpose
