What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vendor Manager position at KMM Technologies, Inc.?

4-year college degree.

At least 5 years of experience.

3 years of IT labor contract negotiating and managing vendors.

Minimum of 3 years of sourcing and / or vendor management experience.

Work experience in category management, supply chain, vendor management and / or procurement.

Comprehensive knowledge of procurement policies and regulations.

Strong advocate, familiarity and technical competence with P2P management software, for example GEP or similar.

Competency to manage priorities and procurement timelines through analytical capabilities.

General knowledge of accounting and finance.

Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Experience effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Deliverable : - Execute on vendor specific management strategies.

Manage the IT resource outsourcing contracting process between outsourced vendors, legal, key stakeholders, and finance.

Utilize the GEP procurement system to manage the contracting and purchase order processes.
