Job Description:
Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor financial performance by analyzing key metrics, identifying trends, and suggesting corrective actions.
Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop realistic and achievable financial targets.
Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to align financial operations with the company’s strategic objectives.
Oversee internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely resolution of any findings or discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with shareholders to manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing strategies.
Monitor and manage company debt levels, ensuring efficient use of capital.
Assist shareholders in the development and execution of financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, with commitment to staying informed on changes in legislation and industry best practices.

Related Experience
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
Safety/Physical Requirements

Mostly sedentary position, some walking and standing required.
Education
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is Required.
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
